Bright Lights, Big City

I constantly see pictures of people I don't know, and people I do know, in glorious big cities living their dreams. I, technically, live in a big city (although, it doesn't feel like it...at all).
There is something about New York City, Chicago, or Los Angeles that gives off a certain ambiance that is oh-so enticing. The big buildings, the big lights, the opportunities, & even the struggle to live in an apartment just appeals to me. (As long as I've got someone by my side, honestly.)

I'd absolutely love to just run away to a big city, switch schools and take my boyfriend with me. It would be the scariest yet most thrilling thing I would ever do.
Obviously this wouldn't happen tomorrow. Maybe it could happen after I graduate from college.
Who knows?
Maybe one day.

Cooper. 19.
A blog; to start a blog or not to start a blog. I've tried once or twice but haven't ever stuck with it, though as a student of Journalism, I probably should practice writing on my own somewhere.
How far will this get? I don't know. At all.
Will it have some substance? I hope so.

L'amour de vorte vie; Love your life.
This year is my freshman year in college at Arizona State University. I must say, it's been a bit of a challenge. The adjustment from high school and living at home to college and living, mostly, on my own hasn't gone without its fair share of tears and realizations. I'm slowly but surely beginning to get into the groove of things here and finding out what I need to do to succeed.
Here's to a new beginning; of this blog and learning to REALLY love my life.

xo, Coop.
